A Quick Guide to Fred. Olsen’s Oceans Club
Boasting 3 ships within its fleet (Balmoral, Bolette and Borealis), Fred. Olsen are known for their traditional cruises, sailing to a variety of destinations from the British Isles to the Canary Islands. Fred. Olsen offers an exclusive loyalty membership programme, known as the Oceans Club which offers an array of benefits that you can take advantage of.
There are five levels within the membership programme that are open to every adult, which are determined by the amount of cruise points you acquire. You will receive one cruise point for each night of your Fred. Olsen getaway.
At the end of your cruise, you’ll be able to see how many points you’ve received (or if you’re on a Fred. Olsen Grand Voyage, you’ll be able to see your cruise point total at the end of each cruise section). After the first night onboard, you’ll be automatically added as a Bronze member.
Here’s how many nights you need onboard to access each tier of the membership:
1 to 30 nights: Bronze Member
31 to 100 nights: Silver Member
101 to 250 nights: Gold Member
251 to 500 nights: Platinum Member
501+ nights: Diamond Elite

Fred. Olsen’s Introduce a Friend Programme
When you book a Fred. Olsen cruise through us, you’ll have the option to access Fred. Olsen’s Introduce a Friend programme when you return home from your holiday.
As an Oceans Club member, after referring a friend through the programme you’ll be able to access an onboard spend voucher which you can use towards a future cruise booking. This will either be £25, £35 or £50 (depending on your Oceans Club tier). Plus, there’s no limit to how many friends you can introduce to this programme or the amount of onboard spend you can acquire.

Do Fred. Olsen Oceans Club points expire?
It’s important to note that Fred. Olsen Oceans Club points will expire if there is a 5 year gap between the end of two cruises you take with Fred. Olsen.
How can you check what membership level you have?
To find out more about the Oceans Club membership, along with information about the benefits you receive, log into your My Cruises account. It’s important to note that if you book with a Saver Fare, you will not qualify for Oceans Club benefits.
