How many tiers are there in the Peninsular Club?
There are six tiers within the Peninsular Club, each named after the oceans/seas that P&O Cruises operate in; these range from the introductory Pacific Tier to the Ligurian Tier. Soak up the variety of perks available in each membership tier, with benefits available to access all the way through your P&O Cruise journey, from before you board to the moment you embark on your getaway.

Caribbean | 2,001-2,500 points (you’ve sailed between 201-250 nights with P&O Cruises) |
Baltic | 2,501+ points (you’ve sailed 251+ nights with P&O Cruises, plus 80-200 night onboard in the last 3 years) |
Ligurian | 2,501+ points (you’ve sailed 251+ nights with P&O Cruises, plus 201+ nights onboard in the last 3 years) |
How do you get Peninsular Club points?
Each night onboard your getaway is worth 10 points. And after 15 nights onboard, after you’ve acquired 150 points, you’ll be added automatically to the Peninsular Club and become a Pacific Tier member. You’ll be awarded your points once you’ve completed your first cruise with P&O Cruises. After you’ve reached the next tier level you’ll receive the upgraded benefits when you book your next P&O Cruises escape.

Can children access the Peninsular Club?
16-18 year old's can access the benefits that come with each membership tier; the only exception being alcohol, which will be substituted.

Top Terms and Conditions for P&O Cruises’ Peninsular Club
Whilst this is not all of the terms and conditions associated with the Peninsular Club, these are some of the top ones to take note of.
- The Peninsular Club points have no expiry date but are lost if you cancel your membership.
- Benefits are subject to change.
- VIP Cocktail parties only occur on cruises that are 8+ nights.
- Pre-existing Portunus Club points will automatically be transferred to the Peninsular club.
- Membership is only available to individuals and points are acquired per person; they can’t be transferred and have no redeemable value in cash.
- The travel insurance discount is only applicable through Holiday Extras - a bespoke insurance policy that comes with a P&O Cruises’ holiday.
- The hospitality area, priority/early embarkation, lounge benefits and priority disembarkation is only available for P&O Cruises’ from Southampton. World Cruises are exempt from these benefits.
