Whilst water, teas and coffees are available free of charge onboard, P&O Cruises also offers a wealth of different drinks packages, including a Refresh drinks package, an Alcohol-free option, a Classic drinks package and a Deluxe drinks package with more options included. The Refresh Drinks Package

Prices from: £12.95 per person, per day (pre-cruise)

The Refresh drinks package is a great option for children or those looking to only enjoy soft drinks throughout their voyage. With a choice of classic fizzy drinks and juices, the Refresh drinks package is the most wallet-friendly option available.

However, with the Refresh package, you won’t have the following options included:

Bottled water

Not only will you have everything from the Refresh and Alcohol-free drinks package included, but you’ll also be able to take advantage of the following:

The most flexible drinks package available, P&O Cruises’ Deluxe drinks package includes all of the drinks included in the Refresh, Alcohol-free and Classic packages, along with a range of other options.

P&O Drinks Packages FAQs

How to Purchase a P&O Cruises Drinks Package

If you want to purchase your P&O drinks package ahead of time, you can log into your ‘My P&O Cruises’ account up to three days before your sailing and benefit from a 10% discount on all types of drinks packages. Alternatively, you can purchase a drinks package in the first two days of your getaway. If you purchase a drinks package onboard, you'll only have to pay for the package on the day of purchase and the remaining days of your getaway.

Sharing and transferring drinks packages is not allowed on P&O Cruises getaway.

Can You Purchase Different Drinks Packages Within Your Cabin?

The same drinks package must be purchased by all guests over 18 sharing a cabin. A complimentary Refresh Drinks Package will be provided to guests aged 16 or under where all adults travelling in the same cabin have purchased either a Classic or Deluxe Drinks Package.

Any guests aged 17 years must purchase either a Refresh or Alcohol-Free package when any adults purchase the Classic or Deluxe Drinks Package who are staying in the same cabin.

How Do You Activate a Drinks Package Onboard?

When you receive your cruise card, it should have a sticker on it that indicates the drinks package you have chosen. If you decide to purchase a drinks package whilst onboard, the sticker will be added to your cruise card.

Which Drinks Are Excluded From All Drinks Packages?

Whilst we have listed specifically what each drinks package includes above, it's important to know that the following aren't included in any of the drinks packages:

Bottles of wine, champagne and spirits
Select glasses of fine wine
Large bottles of water
Signature cognac, rums and whiskeys
Freakshakes
Exclusive, signature cocktails in the Anderson's Bar
Drinks from shops
Beer buckets, wine flights, beer flights and spirit flights

Other P&O Drinks Package Terms and Conditions:

Drinks packages are only available on cruises of 5+ nights.
Drinks packages can't be purchased on a per-day basis.
Classic and Deluxe packages are only available for 18+ guests (or 21 for cruises in the USA/UAE)
Guests are limited to 15 alcoholic drinks in a 24-hour period (from 6am)
Pre-Cruise purchases of drinks packages must be made at least 3 days before the cruise embarkation date.
Individual drinks included in a drinks package are subject to availability.
P&O Cruises may substitute any drink(s) included in a drinks package for an alternative product of comparable or greater value. No refunds will be given in the event a substitution.
P&O Cruises can amend the prices of the drinks packages at any time. If you have already booked and paid for your drinks package, the price will not change.
Only one drink can be ordered at a time.
P&O Cruises reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol at any time in accordance with their policy for the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Drinks packages that are purchased onboard can't be cancelled once they have been purchased.
